InkPaper.AI is looking for passionate customer success executive who will passionately drive the product marketing and customer success. You will be working with our customer success team based out of Gurugram, India and collaborating closely with our team in NY, Austin, and Silicon Valley, USA.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer delight and value to build & nurture strong and trusted relationships with key customers and business stakeholders/sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Drive product marketing and customer success. Develop effective strategies and plans to promote the product and drive lead conversion.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the US and other international markets.
- Research and identify potential customers from relevant industry verticals.
- Manage product marketing and customer success initiatives to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads.
- Onboard clients, provide onboarding training through demos and user acceptance testing, and establish better customer support practices.
- Promotes the success of a business by regularly checking on how the company's product is meeting customers’ needs and executing product improvement ideas received from different sources (internal & external).
- Analyzing customer data and pitching the product by helping the customer discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them or their business.
- Point of contact for clients and supporting them in query redressal and account growth.
